CONSULTATIONS
The School Transformation Collaborative (STC) offers the following consultation opportunities:
Pairing schools with a community selected Charter Management Organization
Cohorts with school boards and leadership teams about needed school supports
Training of CDT strategies for community members, which create a vehicle to provide parent/family and community support for schools which have been identified or have self-identified as candidates for a Turnaround initiative.
Partnering with the school's Board and/or leadership team to create a customized transformation plan tailored to their needs.
